Philip and I met as neighbors. I had just turned 21 and moved into the area. Him, 27. He had just moved back to our hometown after completing his military service. He approached me with his puppy one day as I was on my daily walk. We talked for a bit, and he asked if we could take our dogs for a walk someday, I agreed. We went to a park four our first date, & have been together every day since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite memory of Philip and I is our wedding day. Our wedding was booked for the exact date we met 6 years later. There was light misting rain, beautiful fall leaves covered the ground, and the decor was the perfect amount of whimsical yet classic. Our honeymoon began a few days later on the 6th year anniversary of our first date as well. It seemed to be Gods plan, as the date for our wedding was the only available date she had left at our venue.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000 I would pay off our debt and put a down payment on our dream home. We would build a much larger garden that could sustain our family and continue to grow together. I would continue to work as a counselor and be forever grateful for my experience competing in America’s favorite couple.
