We were both single parents. Both burnt badly by our spouses. He placed an ad in the newspaper and I responded with a letter and he sent one back. We started having long conversations on the phone, then met for what ended up being a three hour lunch. We’ve been together ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?So many, but definitely at the top would be getting matching tattoos by Ragnar in Iceland on our 25th Anniversary and the look on our kids faces when we showed them what we’d done.
What would you do with $20,000?My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s and CIDP a few years ago. Before that he was an avid fly fisherman and fly tyer. I’d like to use some of the money to see if we could find something that would help him get back to that. The rest I’d like to use to make more good memories.
