Connect How did your love story begin?

It all started on July 11, 2016 on Pedrini’s birthday and our first flight together. No sparks flew (shocking, since he’s a known flirt), but we swapped numbers “just for pics.” Two months of awkward “Hi, how are you?” later, boom—dinner date turned wild night. Fast-forward through laughs, love, and chaos. And on April 25, 2019, my Aladdin popped the question to his Jazmin by the pyramids. Easiest “yes” ever. Destiny? Or just really delayed flirting?

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Favorite memory? Easy! It has to be our engagement at the pyramids. Nothing says romance like ancient rocks, 100°F heat, and a camel photobombing your big moment. Pedrini got down on one knee, I gasped (partly from the heat, mostly from the ring), and said yes while a tour guide yelled, “Hurry, sunset photo now!” It was chaotic, magical, and totally us. Who knew sand, sweat, and surprise could make the perfect love story.

What would you do with $20,000?

What would I do with $20,000? Easy! Throw the Moroccan wedding of our dreams. Picture this: lanterns, drums, camels (optional but fabulous), and us making a grand entrance like royalty. Pedrini in a golden tunic, me trying not to trip over my kaftan. Guests dancing, mint tea flowing, and at least one aunt asking, “Is this in the budget?” Nope, but that’s what the $20K is for—magic, mayhem, and a whole lot of couscous and tajine!
