I was studying abroad for the semester at Oxford. She came to visit her friend and my roommate over Thanksgiving break. It was love at first sight. After a late night out, we talked until long after the sun came up. We’ve been together since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We spent a weekend in Outer Banks years ago. One night, we had a few drinks on the beach, just enjoying each other’s company. Pretty soon we’re goofing around, imitating the sand crabs walking around, laughing like kids. Laughter has always been the constant for us.
What would you do with $20,000?Next year will be 30 years since we met. We would travel to Oxford, and London of course, to spend some time where it all started. Then we would spend a week at the beach with our two daughters. We love them more than anything.
