We have a lot of fun together whether we are doing chores, errands, cosplay or building Lego. We love to laugh together.
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
We met when we both were working at the local theatres. I worked box office and Paul worked as projectionist. My sister actually schemed to get us together. It started when I needed a ride home after work one day as I didn't have a vehicle and Paul offered to drive me home. We found out he lived around the corner from me (and later found out he had for almost 6 years!) but we had never run into each other. 2 or 3 weeks later he asked me formally to be his girlfriend.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Oh there are so many in the 30 years we have been together. Our wedding was amazing, the births of our son and daughter, Paul officially adopting my daughter, our many family road trips (we yearly drive from the Yukon to Alberta and British Columbia to visit family), the graduations of the 3 kids. But I have been enjoying being just us since we have become empty nesters. We have so much fun travelling together- we took a month long trip to the United Kingdom and Ireland that was amazing!
What would you do with $20,000?We would pay off some bills that would allow us to use more of our income to put away money for our retirement, our grandson's post secondary, and make donations to our favourite charities, such as the Royal Canadian Legion- Branch 254, the Humane Society Yukon, MS Canada and others.
