Bella saw Pat dancing and singing to Money Trees by Kendrick Lamar with his friends at a party in college and immediately felt the magnetism! Next came Pat patiently waiting for Bella to extricate herself from a challenging situationship. Then there was that transformative, psychedelic-fueled night where Bella realized she had fallen in love with Pat and vowed to tell him in the morning. That morning, with zero expectations, Bella told Pat, “I love you” and Pat said, “I love you too.”
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?In November 2024, Bella had an unmedicated birth in their home in New Orleans. Pat was beside her every moment of the 26-hour journey, supporting with a calm reassurance that perfectly honored the raw transformation of birth and the power of the human body. On the final push, Pat caught Dash Du Bois Holmes, and we celebrated our greatest collaboration!
What would you do with $20,000?The govt is chopping Pat’s disability advocacy program so we need that $20k now more than ever! Both of us work with highly vulnerable populations, processing significant trauma which makes a vacation a true necessity. We also dream of growing our family and y’all know that costs a pretty penny!
