Connect How did your love story begin?

He was my brothers best friend. My brother brought him over one day in 5th grade, after seeing his blue eyes in my garage it almost felt like it was love at first sight. He was the subject of my diary entries, and my middle school crush. As he got closer with my family, we started to actually fall in love. One day he moved states and we began to write letters back and forth. FaceTimes were the new normal, and phone calls into the night. We officially started dating early highschool.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Other than the birth of our daughter, there are many memories we will take with us until we die. One that sticks out is the 2 year span of time where we moved into an apartment across the country with my brother, STILL his best friend (turned brother in law) and their other best friend from elementary school when we all met. It was a full circle moment. Of friends becoming family, of us all being adults together, and following our dreams together. We all knew it was special, even then.

What would you do with $20,000?

Now that we’ve gotten through 5 years of long distance, tearful goodbyes, highschool, and college. We have what feels like a one in a million love story over a decade.More importantly we now have a 2yo daughter who is the result of that love. I didn’t think we could be more complete than with each other.But Sybil has made it so. The one missing link are the funds to create the life we know she so deserves. We would set up our daughter with savings and move out of our apartment and into a home.
