Connect How did your love story begin?

Online - Craigslist - I wrote, in the section women seeking men, “anyone awake?” He wrote - “ I am” and we’ve been together since !- 17 years! We didn’t meet right away after that first night- we talked in the phone and got to know each other first. We finally met I person and his looks weren’t quite what I was expecting but after our first kiss he turned into my handsome prince. We are professionals and live in Julian, California which is in San Diego county. Julian in an Apple mecca!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Traveling in an rv before the whole van life thing started, we had our cats, a website that family followed, and eventually worked in the South Dakota Badlands National park - where we made friends with tribal members, and ran a campground with super nerdy denim shirts! We loved it! We even had our two cats with us and had all kinds of crazy adventures! Another fave is snorkeling in Baja California - in remote areas.

What would you do with $20,000?

We help people build trails and campgrounds and small airbnbs on beautiful properties so that people can enjoy nature. When we aren’t at our professional jobs in San Diego. I’m an organizational Leadership Coach for Ocean Discovery Institute, Ofilio is a research protocol officer for UCDavis dep of radiology. We would use the money to help with a down payment for property in San Diego backcountry’ for a nature retreat. I do nature and forest therapy as a side gig. Thanks!
