We met at summer camp, but it wasn’t love at first sight. After later reconnecting, we realized there was something special we both saw in each other. That initial liking blossomed into a relationship and marriage that has stood the test of time. A successful marriage needs love, but love alone is not enough to endure. It requires respect, clear boundaries, and genuine regard for one another. It also demands communication, trust, and a willingness to grow together through life’s challenges.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite memory is the day we renewed our vows on our 35th wedding anniversary and my husband teared up when he expressed his love for me and what it meant to have had me as his partner all these years.
What would you do with $20,000?If we won, we would take the honeymoon that we didn't have on our wedding day. We would go to Hawaii and take our "A" team which consists of our two children, their spouses as well as our grandchildren and great-grandchildren whose names all begin with an "A". Of course, to take that many people we will have to add to the $20,000.
