Our story started 20 years ago in some apartments in Hollywood. We met in a bounce house at a party for one of the kids who lived in the apartment building our parents were living in. Zoel was my first kiss that night, my first boyfriend a week later and the first boy I ever slapped. Zoel says to me "that was the moment I fell in love with you". We made a promise to live our lives , then in the future we'd marry each other in our adulthood. And that's exactly what we did.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One of our favorite memories is a silly one. After going to the theaters to see the film Oculous, we were walking home in the evening. The walk was dark and a little eerie, especially after a scary movie. So we just started joking that every shadow and sound was "oculous". The rest of the way home we couldn't stop laughing. We still make the same joke to this day. It's simple but it's us.
What would you do with $20,000?We'd pay for the rest of zoels master program at calstate LA and put the rest into savings to go towards a home. It might not sounds grand but that's what is important to us. We just want a comfortable future together in a home we own and make more memories
