We’re college sweethearts: you didn’t see one of us without the other! We met freshman year at Georgia State through mutual friends, but our love story really started with iMessage games. One day, Nile came armed with a competitive spirit and spotted Kennedy as a worthy opponent. What started as playful trash talk turned into a real-life adventure full of love and laughter.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory as a couple is our wedding on September 7, 2024. After eight years together, people constantly asked when the big day would come. Following college, a move to Los Angeles to chase our dreams, and eventually finding our way back home, we finally got to celebrate surrounded by community. From the horse and carriage entrance to the heartfelt vows, it truly felt like the modern-day fairytale we always dreamed of.
What would you do with $20,000?We’re passionate about giving back and would donate to a few local nonprofits we support, such as VOX ATL which is a teen-driven, professional space and a learning environment for diverse teens in metro Atlanta. We’d also use the funds to pay off our remaining credit card debt, giving us a fresh start as we focus on building a stable foundation for our home and future growing family.
