He was moved to teach at the high school building where I worked. I came up with a reason to text him early March 2020 and then March 17, 2020 the world shut down due to the Covid pandemic. We spent every day together since. We played all different board games, made golf chipping contests, tried new recipes and hiked new trails. We became each other’s best friend and truly enjoyed each other’s company.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We have a goal of traveling to all 50 states! We spend every break and summer doing amazing road trips across states and traveling around the world. We have started to be that couple where people first ask us, “Where is your next trip?” Our favorite trip was from Phoenix to Denver or from Seattle down the Oregon coast and back.
What would you do with $20,000?We would put it towards a house! The housing market is tough and we would love to comfortably own :) We will also put it towards our next state trip… Maine, Texas, Montana? You tell us!
