Nick and I met in one of those “right place, right time” moments—he was actually my friend’s neighbor. We started chatting one day, and I mentioned that my dog, Juan Carlos, didn’t really get along with other dogs. Nick confidently said, “Well, my dog gets along with everyone—we should take them for a walk!” That walk turned into a few hikes, and while our dogs definitely did not become best friends, we did.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One of our favorite memories as a couple was helping Nick shoot a surprise proposal in the pouring rain. He was behind the camera, I was hiding with gear, totally soaked, trying not to cry as it all unfolded. It was chaotic, beautiful, and so us—working together, laughing through the mess, and feeling lucky to be part of something so special.
What would you do with $20,000?If we had $20,000, we’d put it toward building the life we’ve been dreaming about—something rooted in love, creativity, and purpose. Nick could invest in new photography gear or open his own studio, and I’d finally have the chance to bring my wellness brand to life in a bigger way, maybe even create a space where we could host events, workshops, or retreats together.
