Connect How did your love story begin?

We met online during the pandemic in 2020 while playing the game "Werewolf." We formed a close bond through this game even though we were thousands of miles apart. We quickly learned how to "read" each other pretty well. We watched movies, played video games together, and shared stories late into the night for a year before we could meet in person. Now we're newlyweds, still play Werewolf with our friends (in-person!), and we're excited to continue a life of geeky adventures together.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our marriage – we held our wedding ceremony while in a seaplane! We enjoyed a Seaplane Adventures tour high above the San Francisco Bay Area. It was just the pilot, our officiant, and us. It was incredibly special to share our vows while seeing our home from a new perspective, side by side. What would you do with $20,000?

This amount would allow us to not only save for our future, but to also invest in our local community. We would be excited to create opportunities for other people like us to make bonds over unique hobbies and interests like board gaming, metal detecting, and other outdoor adventures.
