We met in the Air Force — I outranked him, but that didn’t stop us from noticing each other. One night, we went to a dance with different dates… but left together. That was the start of everything — and we’ve been each other’s partner ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memories are the years spent raising our kids — and later, three of our grandkids — and getting to watch them, and now our great-grandkids, grow. We’ve been blessed with good health, love, and the time to enjoy it all. These days, we love laughing, playing bingo, and dressing up for costume contests together.
What would you do with $20,000?If we won $20,000, we’d share it with our family — they’ve given us so much joy over the years. We’d also give back to our church, St. Joseph on the Brazos, where we’ve been blessed to worship for 47 years.
