It began when we met as neighbors in San Diego, CA! Matias had moved there in 2020 as an active duty member of the Marines. 3 years later, Natalie sold all her belongings and packed her car, driving sight unseen to San Diego. Weeks later, they met as neighbors and discovered they grew up 20 mins apart…3000 miles away
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory is visiting our CT homes and families together in the summer of 2024. We discovered we had visited all the same places, even drove by each other’s houses many times in our childhood and young adult lives. We even got to see our favorite baseball team, the Boston Red Sox defeat the Yankees at Fenway Park - reminiscent of our first date at Petco Park in San Diego! It was so special to experience each other’s unique CT upbringings, as well our shared familiarities.
What would you do with $20,000?We are expecting our first baby this Christmas. We would love to use the money to put away for our child, as well as be able to visit CT and introduce our new little one to our beloved families back home!
