My husband, originally from California, and I, originally from Pennsylvania, met in Texas in 2019. Before boarding a flight back home to Pennsylvania for a visit I was exploring a dating site at the airport. Upon my arrival in Pennsylvania, I received a message from my now-husband. We often reflect on the serendipity of our meeting, considering that the dating site matches users based on their distance. What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our inaugural cruise together was on a Disney ship to the Bahamas, where we took an excursion to swim with dolphins at the Atlantis resort while in port at Nassau, a lifelong ambition of mine, having been a fan of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, specifically their film Holiday in the Sun, since childhood. As we walked through the resort, Peter proposed to me between a waterfall and sea turtles. This will always be my favorite memory.
What would you do with $20,000?We would possibly do a couple of things. Put a small down payment on our first home. Take care of some medical bills for Peter from his stroke And take a honeymoon back to Atlantis as we did not get much time during our cruise and with his stroke have not gotten to take it.
