Joshua moved in across the street from Jordanna, and she said "Welcome to the neighborhood!". That night Jordanna was sitting on her front porch when she heard the most beautiful voice singing self-written songs by Joshua. He serenaded her, and it was all she needed to want to know everything about him. Turns out, he thought she was the coolest girl in the whole world. Their first date was a shopping trip to Walmart, they fell in love right there in the camping isle. Adventure clearly awaited...

Although it sounds cliché, the memories seem to get better and better, but our most recent favorite, is reminiscing on our youngest son screaming, "Look out! Michael Jackson's RIGHT behind you!", fully intending on terrifying us, because he actually believed that Michael Myers' (Halloween) name was Michael Jackson. We laughed until we cried!

We would buy a home with some land, get some farm animals, plant and orchard, and grow our own fruits and veggies. It's our goal to raise a generation that knows the value of sowing a seed, nurturing something outside of themselves, and giving back to a purpose greater than them. We'd build a life that we don't need a vacation from...something like that of Grandma's house; a place for family, a place to call home!
