If you ask Kwa, we met at a bbq. Which I completely do not remember. But it all began on New Year’s Eve. We were bringing in the New Year (2020) together. We were together this night because his friend at the time was dating my cousin. We went to a night club but after stayed up all night talking and haven’t been apart since. That night was the beginning of our friendship and it grew into love. Almost 5 years later we have a beautiful family of 3.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory was the birth of our daughter Knoa. But more so the love and support he showed me. She is our first child and was born during Covid. Hospitals had restrictions on how many people could be in the room. So it was just him and I together but I needed my mom. However, I felt like he was going through the pain with me but he showed his strength, resilience and his unwavering love. Which then made me feel safe, seen and secure and for that I admire him.
What would you do with $20,000?We would have the wedding we always dreamed of. In a venue with our daughter being the most beautiful flower girl. Sharing our love and union with God, our family and friends. Being the example of true love with an unbreakable bond, built on deep emotional connection, purpose and growth.
