We kind of live by the motto: don’t take life too seriously, you’ll never get out alive. We love hard and try to have some fun along the way
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
We were kind of checking each other out in college for a while, asking about each other through mutual friends. Then, one nignt after one of her basketball games I went to watch, she came over, sat down next to me and said “are you gonna start talking to me or what?” From there, the rest is history. That was in January of 2006 and we’ve been together ever since. We started dating on March 9, 2006; became official on April 3. 2006; got married on May 7, 2011.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? It would have to be our first vacation together to Disney World in March 2009. Shortly after we started dating we talked about it, and she said she’d never been. I told her I would take her and she thought I was crazy, as we’d only been dating a month at that point. It was her first trip and watching her experience it all was something I’ll never forget. It’s our favorite place to go.
What would you do with $20,000?She’s a big fan of the Lord of the Rings and you can visit the movie set in New Zealand. That would make for a heck of a 15th anniversary trip. Outside of that, probably pay off some debt and save a little bit of it for the future.
