We both worked at a senior living facility right after HS. She worked the kitchen, I worked as maintenance. Something broke in the kitchen and I got called down there, that’s when I first saw her. We locked eyes but neither of us said anything. That Friday was Valentine’s Day and I gave her a single rose. That day we started talking. 15 years and 2 kids later and we’re still going strong.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Probably our family vacation to Bar Harbor Maine. It’s where I proposed and years later we took our kids and they loved it. Just living in the moment right on the beautiful coast and day treks in the post card like parks and trails.
What would you do with $20,000?I would like to take the family on a nice vacation. Anything left we’ll put aside for the kids. It should be used on something that will leave a lasting memory. Maybe go to Yellowstone or see the redwoods or both.
