We would like to thank you for supporting Mike and Danielle in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We went to college together and hung out but weren't super close. Upon graduating we started performing professionally together, taking over a low-budget non-profit theater. We became friends and then best friends, and then finally fell in love. We've continued to perform and produce together, which strengthens us as a couple.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Before we were dating, we performed as the married Iago and Emilia in Shakespeare's Othello. After the show, some audience members remarked that they thought we were married in real life! This was funny to us as friends, but they saw something we weren't ready to see ourselves. Years later we had the opportunity to play the roles again, and this time we were finally dating!
What would you do with $20,000?We would use this money to create art together. We would like to produce indie shows and help fund creative art projects.
