Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story is living proof that the universe always finds a way. When I first moved to Texas feeling lonely, my friend convinced me to try Facebook Dating. After swiping through the wrong people, Mosheer sent me a message, to be honest I thought his photo was fake! I wasn’t interested at first and even deleted my profile, but fate had other plans. The very next day, I ran into him at a gas station the chances of that happening were so unreal it felt like destiny. He planned our first date.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We have so many favorite moments together, but one that stands out is when Mosheer did something I’d never experienced at the start of dating someone he spontaneously took me on a trip. Instead of the usual string of dates, he surprised me with a getaway to San Francisco, which made my heart so happy because California is my home state and I was so homesick. Being back in my favorite city with him felt like coming home twice once to the place I missed, and once to the soul I was meant to find.

What would you do with $20,000?

My biggest dream as a psychic medium and a spiritually rooted person, my passion is to help women and children heal and grow spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. I want to create a safe, nurturing holistic space and retreat for trauma survivors especially women and children who have experienced domestic violence or abuse. At this retreat, they would receive metaphysical healing, learn spiritual tools, and gain practical life skills like cooking and self-care and have a supportive community.
