Our love story began in 2017 when Michael was on his way home from a Slayer concert in Los Angeles with a friend. While scrolling through a dating app, he came across Danielle and sent her a message, mentioning where he had just been. Curious, she asked, “What’s a Slayer?” One week later, they went on their first date. It began with a simple handshake and a hug, and from that moment on, they wanted to spend every possible moment together.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Recently engaged, Michael and Danielle cherish the adventures that have deepened their bond, like hiking through the snowy Sequoias with their dogs. The day was magical, filled with laughter, playful snowball fights, and quiet moments of awe beneath the towering ancient trees. The trail was challenging, but they pushed forward together, hand in hand. Surrounded by beauty, they discovered new depths in each other and felt their love grow stronger, grounded like the roots of those timeless giants

What would you do with $20,000?

We would use the prize to help pay for our wedding and give us a head start on our life together. A portion would go toward sponsoring a dog at the rescue where we adopted our beloved Maple, because we are passionate about animals and giving back.
