I worked as a cashier at a local grocery store, tired of the immature boys I was talking to. A mutual friend of ours gave Meyers my number and he came to the store to buy a few groceries to “check me out” and report back to our friend. Lo and behold 12, almost 13 years later (married for 10) here we are.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite memory is watching Meyers win his race in a Mod-Lite dirt car at our local track. He put in so many hours building the car and racing, only to always fall short coming home in 2nd and 3rd place every weekend. We both cried so hard in victory lane at the well deserved accomplishment competing with the very best racers in his division. He has since retired from racing as he’s had 2 back surgeries; but that is something we will never ever forget.
What would you do with $20,000?Pay off some debt, save some, and use some towards IVF as we have been struggling for the last 10 years to have a baby of our own.
