We met on MySpace. I was scrolling one night and came across his profile. He had posted his art work and it was amazing. I commented on it. We began chatting online. A few weeks later, we exchanged phone numbers. We talked every evening after work for hours. A couple weeks later, we had our first date. That first date has lasted every day for the past 19 1/2 years.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The proposal. It was very typical of who we are and I wouldn't change it for a million dollars. At this point, we were living together. I was helping plan his sister's wedding. I was on the couch making lists and he was working on hiding all the cables behind the television. He said, "when are we going to do it?" I replied, "do what?" Him; " get married." Me; "I dunno. Whenever you want to." Him, "how about this October?" Me, "sounds good to me!". This conversation happened at the end July
What would you do with $20,000?We would put it towards the remodel of the 122 year old historic building we just purchased.
