How did your love story begin?

We met online in a support group while going through divorces from our ex-spouses. I was new to the area and didn't know anyone. She gave me her number and we talked daily for months before we met. When we met in person, my soul rejoiced! We knew things about each other that we never could have guessed; our chemistry and bond were unlike anything either of us had ever known. I never really understood love at first sight, now I'm lucky enough to know what that feels like.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We took our first real vacation to Hawaii in May. The trip was amazing and magical! We spent time with friends on the island, enjoyed the beach, the pool, and a ton of other little things. My favorite moment of the trip was enjoying a peaceful day of driving around and enjoying the beauty of the island, followed by an attempt at snorkeling. I had a panic attack, instead of her making me feel bad for not being able to do it, she treated me with love and told me she was proud of me for trying.

What would you do with $20,000?

We are trying to buy a house! Our nephew recently moved in with us and we are wanting to create a home for him, our 4 dogs, and ourselves. One of the hurdles we are facing is a large amount of debt that I accumulated while trying to leave my ex. The $20,000 would almost pay that debt off entirely putting us in a much better situation for house hunting.
