We met in a club. I wasn’t very interested. I was very hesitant to give my number when he asked. I was very standoffish. I was a single parent who had a daughter at home and I was 19 years old, he was 22. Mutual friends kept telling me that guy keeps asking about you. It had been months. I’d already changed my number and moved and still he kept asking about me, so I finally went on a date with my daughter in my heart. Looking for someone that would be a good fit in our lives.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Giving birth to each one of our children together as a family. Being able to stay together for 33 years through all life’s ups and downs, we always triumphed like the Phoenix we rose together. Oh, and all the amusement parks, we went to living in Florida. They all met Mickey and Minnie and Ariel too.
What would you do with $20,000?Buy myself an SUV. I gave up my car and my tag for my daughter. She was graduating high school in May. I was laid off after 13 years in March. I have a 93-year-old grandmother that needs my help, I would be able to travel to help her as much as she needed me like I used to before and I could see my nieces and nephew again. I'm a family person, I love them all. I also have a daughter in Virginia. I hope we win.
