Connect How did your love story begin?

The cannabis industry introduced us not only to each other, but to our life’s mission: helping people. The dispensary floor became our classroom, our stage, and our battleground—where we learned patience, hustle, and heart. We climbed the ladder together, moving from budtenders to management, side by side. Promotions came with longer hours/pressure, but also with a shared vision: to shift cannabis culture toward healing, authenticity and love.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We’ve changed lives together. One patient, Miles, stands out. Ada helped him during his first dispensary visit—he had terminal cancer and needed more than a sales pitch. She made sure he returned, where he met Max. Through thoughtful conversation, mentorship, and a shared cannabis journey of trial and error, Miles deeply impacted us. Though he’s gone, his presence lives on in our relationship and reminds us why we lead with love, care, and purpose.

What would you do with $20,000?

If we won $20K, we’d start our own cannabis business—built on everything we’ve learned and all Miles taught us. Our goal is to return cannabis education to the people who use it, not the corporations who sell it. We want to create a space where truth, healing, and community matter more than marketing. With heart, knowledge, and real experience, we’d empower others to explore cannabis with purpose, freedom, and authenticity.
