Our love story began with church, Chick-fil-A, and a spark we couldn’t ignore. From the moment we met, it was as if time paused—no past relationship or person mattered. We found the one our souls longed for. Conversation flowed, hearts aligned, and heaven whispered, “This is it.” Even our names—Matt and Kat—fit like a divine rhyme. A connection so real, so undeniable, it felt like God handpicked us for each other. This wasn’t just love—it was destiny wrapped in romance.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Believe it or not, our favorite season was during COVID. The world slowed down, but our love deepened. We spent every moment together and never got tired of each other. We laughed, danced, made silly TikToks, cooked meals, and welcomed our second baby. No trips, no plans—just us. In the quiet, we found something loud: love that’s real, raw, and lasting. We weren’t stuck at home—we were home in each other.

What would you do with $20,000?

We pastor a church in Charlotte, NC and have three amazing boys. With $20,000, we’d invest in what matters most—our family and our ministry. We’d take a special family trip, start savings for the boys, and pour back into the church—upgrading what’s needed and blessing others. It’s not just money, it’s an opportunity to build legacy, love deeply, and steward what God’s placed in our hands.
