We met in a recovery center. Our addictions had led us to our individual rock bottom which allowed us to completely surrender to GOD. At the exact same time, months before we even knew the other existed, we were on a new path of sobriety, discovering our new selves, and letting go to let God lead us. I had recently become a widow and never fathomed id meet the person who made my life, up until that point, make sense. We became inseparable quickly!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Sharing our experience strength and hope with other struggling addicts together, and hosting holiday events for our friends who are all in recovery.
What would you do with $20,000?If we win, we plan to open an Air B&B or a sober living house so that people in recovery have a peaceful and safe space to begin their journey towards a healthier happier life.
