We were coincidentally brought together at the exact moment of needing the other person. We were done with love, the rest is history.
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
Born and raised in Hawaii, like any hopeless romantic, he followed his heart to the mainland. Leaving behind everything, for his chance at love. It was not what it seemed so he gave up. Finding connections became tiring. An emotional Rollercoaster. So i gave up. Two weeks before we met i prayed to be open to a love made for me by God. I was getting my Jeep hood painted. There was a part issue. He just happened to be the painter, overheard the conversation, came over to help. The rest is history.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? Our favorite memory was his surprise birthday visit to the Sea Life Aquarium. Being from Hawaii, his appointed Aumakua (family guardian and guide) is the Shark. Being surrounded by sharks, walking through that glass tunnel brought him a warm and familiar connection to his Aina (island). Seeing a shark for the first time in a year, was emotional. Watching him face and touch the glass as if he were reaching out for something more, was very moving. A moment shared in silence.( See Picture Below)
What would you do with $20,000?What we would do with the $20,000 is boost our plans with it. Him having to start completely over put a strain on his finances and he is determined to get me the ring of my dreams with his customizations added, as he would say. Put some towards student loans. Help out our families, a wedding, start a small account for our future children someday. Then enjoy whatever is left for our many adventures we hope to have.
