How did your love story begin?

I went out with my friends to a bar one night and while everyone dance i sat at the bar just vibing by myself. It was late and he approached me but I never turned around to look at him and he asked for my number. I told him whatever you are looking for this late, I dont have it for you. He left and came back and tried again but I still didn't look at him. The 3rd time he sat his number down on the bar and whispered "At least I can say I tried". So I called him 2 weeks later.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

I have been distant from the family I have left due to distance. Our 1st Christmas together he drove me from Texas to North Carolina to spend Christmas with my Father so he could meet him in person and stopped on the way to see my sister. Our road trip. we sang the way but I knew then I would marry this man that day. And when he proposed 2 years later he asked my dad and had him and my family travel to Texas to be there when he popped the question.

What would you do with $20,000?

I remember asking him later why he was he so persistent in talking to me the 1st night when he never saw my face or how i looked, he stated you were the only lady in the place not shaking anything and being classy sitting there and i knew that is the woman i wanted to marry. Here we are 4 years later planning our wedding for next year. We would use it to finish paying off our wedding next year 9/11/2026
