We were boyfriend & girlfriend in 6th & 7th grade for minute. Fast forward 30+ yrs we reconnected & now we’ve been married for almost 9 yrs

Mark would say grade school and beyond. I’d say later in life via the ole Facebook app. We were friends throughout highs school, Mark moved to South Carolina for culinary school after he graduated. We reconnected on Facebook 25+ years later due to us both being involved with fundraising. We learned during our conversation we were experiencing the same life changes. I visited family near him and we had lunch and we stayed in touch and helped each other navigate our new normals.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our wedding that was held at the Racine Zoo with out kids, parents, family, & friends. We got to feed the giraffes and it was a beautiful evening Lake Michigan in the background, a low country boil dinner made by Mark & live music to help celebrate.
What would you do with $20,000?We would invest in our new company and take a family vacation with our kids and parents.
