We share a passion for adventure, golden retrievers, and have a strong foundation in our faith. We both hiked Kilimanjaro before we met.

Our story began back in 2019 when two friends tried to set us up. I was very hesitant to meet Matt. Fast forward to 2022 those same friends wanted us to meet and it was finally the right time. We met and it felt so natural and fun. Our first date we met for lunch and the rest is history. We got married May 24th this year.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory is going to Vegas just 5 weeks after we met. I think we were both so excited to travel outside of our city together, along we being anxious to see how well we travel together. It was so fun! We rented ATV’s and went to the desert. Shortly after we traveled for 10 days along the British Isles. I think once we realized we could travel together and still want to learn more about each other I knew he was my guy. We share many fun adventures thru our love of Ultra running too.
What would you do with $20,000?We would love to start a family. I was diagnosed with Uterine Cancer in 2018, and unfortunately had to have a hysterectomy in 2019 after realizing my treatment wasn’t working. This was part of my hesitation meeting him in 2019. After meeting him in 2022, I froze my eggs in December of 2023. We will have to use a surrogate and this would help us start that journey together and become parents.
