How did your love story begin?

He stole me from my boyfriend at the Boys and Girls Club, shouting, “Goo, my girlfriend!” Ciertis was just a crush, but after I got pregnant and disappeared in shame, he came looking for me. He stood by me, claimed me proudly, and never let anyone speak down on me. We've been through things most couples wouldn’t survive. But through love, honesty, communication, and accountability—we’ve made it. I couldn’t imagine doing life with anyone else.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite shared memory is our first solo vacation to Atlanta. We did the usual—shopping, clubbing, having fun—but the drive there was the most memorable. I didn’t want to drive eight hours, but he encouraged me to try. It was Valentine’s weekend. We laughed, talked about everything, and he even made me a playlist. The scenery through the Alabama hills was beautiful. We reminisce about that trip all the time. We’ve traveled many places, but Atlanta was our first!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would make a way for my family to experience a white Christmas. One of my mother’s favorite holiday movies was A Christmas Story, especially the ending—after all the chaos, the parents sit and watch the snow fall. She called it the calm after the storm and said she always wanted that for us. She passed away in 2021. If I win, I’d fulfill that dream for her—creating lasting memories and giving my family the peace she always imagined.
