Our love story began 8 years ago in LA, with a shared plate of wings and Malibu in our cups. We met each other at a mutual friend’s birthday party, and within 5 minutes Lynsey texted her mom and best friend “I think I just met my husband.” Apparently love at first sight really does exist! We instantly hit it off, and have been sharing the most magical moments together ever since — from life in California to building new memories in Texas.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The day we got engaged truly felt like something out of a movie. We were floating on Cloud 9! Lee poured his entire heart into every detail throughout the day. The night before he proposed, we were overcome with so much emotion. A powerful, undeniable sign from God made it clear that Lee’s mom was there with us, surrounding us with her warmth, love, and the kind of presence you can feel in your soul. It was as if heaven opened for a moment to let her light shine through, and it was so beautiful.
What would you do with $20,000?We’d put the $20,000 toward our dream wedding that we’re in the process of planning now! Bonus points if it covers a dance floor sturdy enough for Lee’s signature 90’s dance moves!!
