Our love story began on Chicago’s public transit—we’d pass each other daily on the way to school but never spoke. After two years, he DJed a party and told my cousin I was pretty, but was too scared to approach because my brother warned every guy off. So, I made the first move and kissed him in a boiler room. It’s been heating up ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We’ve shared unforgettable moments—delivery rooms, altar calls, and national TV. We love speaking together and helping couples, but one favorite memory is being on Battle on the Mountain. We didn’t win, but we built something beautiful—together. The world got to see how we love, work, and value one another, and the support from our family and friends cheering us on made it all the more unforgettable.
