Connect How did your love story begin?

Met at a party of a mutual friend while both of us were in college. We were talking when another friend's cat fell down Lauren's shirt and without thinking, I said "Lucky Cat." before slapping my hand over my mouth. Luckily she found it funny and later found me on Facebook. Turns out we lived less than 2 miles from each other and had been crossing each other's paths without knowing it! We even showed up in the background of old party photos and never realized it! I guess it was meant to be!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

I had just received a promotion that would take me out of state. Lauren and her sister decided to throw me a huge going away party with all our friends and her family. What Lauren didn't know was her sister and I were secretly planning to make it a Proposal party as I intended to ask her that night. Her sister was even able to sneak her ring size without Lauren knowing. Now, I had a whole speech prepped but it all fell apart when I saw her face. So I blurted out the question and she said yes!

What would you do with $20,000?

We would continue our haunted tour of the world! We love visiting famous landmarks from horror stories and legend - having already visited Salem, Sleepy Hollow, and Point Pleasant (Home of the Mothman!). We would love to continue this adventure with places like New Orleans, the Paris Catacombs, and Lake Loch Ness
