We love each other and support one another through everything. We met in college and have now graduated and are figuring out life together.
We would like to thank you for supporting Luke & Caitlyn in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
It all began as we were both part of the award-winning Auburn University Marching Band. Before every football game Luke would give an inspirational speech for anyone close enough to hear and it was there that we caught eachothers’ eye. After one Iron Bowl (an Auburn/Alabama rivalry game) he worked up the courage to start messaging me and in no time we were hanging out. Hanging out turned into talking for hours on end until we were both delirious. This then led to us dating.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite memory we’ve shared is sitting alone on the floor after a friend’s Christmas party, passing a loaf of white bread back and forth, and finally deciding that we hated the idea of eachother with anyone else and making our relationship official.
What would you do with $20,000?We’re a very young couple, fresh out of college, so $20,000 would mean having the funds to kickstart our life together. We’d be able to pay bills, repay student loans, or use it towards downpayment on our first house. All of these uses would put us closer to finally being financially stable enough to get married.
