Connect How did your love story begin?

We met through an unconventional dating app, and saw we both lived in New York. On our first date, I drove 2 hours to pick her up, having realized last second that that was how far away she was. We both were in love at first sight, that magical spark you can't explain or believe is real, really happened for us. What was supposed to be a date to a party became an impromptu sleepover when my car hit the bucket upon getting back to my place, and once the car was fixed, the rest was history.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our random adventure to Provincetown which is near Cape Cod. We went in the middle of winter. You couldn't see the beach, but you could see the people. Happy couples who were out and proud everywhere. For once, we felt validated without needing the validation.

What would you do with $20,000?

We would buy her childhood home from her mother, which we are currently renting, which previously was occupied by hoarding renters that we have completely taken time to rebuild upon with 0 funds and just diy'ing it. We would start a YouTube channel of us renovating it and making it our own, and we would have children here, and raise them up where one of their mothers was raised. Anything excess, we would donate to the American Cancer Society, in honor of each of our grandparents.
