Connect How did your love story begin?

We grew up in a tiny Venezuelan city where everyone knew each other, but somehow, we never met, even with shared friends. I moved to Miami and he to New York. One day, I saw his sweet Instagram messages, & though my shy heart hesitated, his kind words warmed me daily. I fell for him as we chatted. He visited Miami, & I knew I was in love. He moved here, & years later, we’re still so in love. Fate found us across cities, proving our love was meant to be in the sweetest way.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory is when we visited a Van Gogh museum. We held hands, staring at “Starry Night,” and his sweet smile just lit me up. My heart felt so full. We whispered about the swirly colors and what they meant to us, like we were in a dream. That day, our love felt big, like those bold paintings. Years later, I still smile thinking of it—a moment that shows our love’s meant to be, sparkling like Van Gogh’s stars.

What would you do with $20,000?

With a $20,000 prize, Steven and I would make our dreams come true. His sweet heart loves giving back, so we’d donate some to a museum charity, to share beauty with others. The rest we’d save for our first home together—a cozy place for movie nights and laughs. Imagining our own space makes my heart soar. It’d be a dream to start our life this way, building love and kindness, just like us.
