We met in our late 50’s after both of us had suffered tragic events. We fell in love and now, in our 60’s, ride our motorcycles on weekends.

We met on Match.com. We talked and texted at first. Then we met for lunch. It was May, 2020. COVID had everything shut down, including restaurants. Our "first date" was sandwiches from Subway at an open-air rest area between our two towns! The lunch lasted two and a half hours. We talked and texted another couple of weeks then Julie took me for a ride on her motorcycle. That's where it all began.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our wedding day. Julie had lost her partner of 26+ years. They never married. I had just gone through a horrible breakup and divorce after 20+ years. Neither of us planned on getting married. After living together for a year, it was clear we were meant to be together. We legally wed 10-17-2021. A beautiful outdoor ceremony at the base of the Organ Mountains in Las Cruces, NM. Clear, blue skies. About 30 close friends and family were in attendance. It was the best day of both of our lives.
What would you do with $20,000?If we won the $20,000, we would pay off our motorcycles! With those paid off, we could afford to take longer, more extensive trips on our motorcycles!
