How did your love story begin?

When I was 15, my best friend met Kaden at a birthday party. She planned a “hangout” to introduce us to each-other. When Kaden walked through the door, she said “Loran this is Kaden, Kaden this is Loran. You were born on the same day, you should get married.” After some awkwardness, we ended up becoming great friends and talked almost everyday on and off for years. We always found our way back to eachother. After rekindling our friendship in 2021, we fell in love and have been together since.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We love to travel but when we were dating, I had to move to Denver for work and we spent all the money we had on bills and seeing each-other. Long distance was hard, so one day I decided we needed a real trip. So I surprised Kaden with a roadtrip to Sacramento to go see his favorite band Boys II Men. We drove straight to the concert and drove the 12 hrs back home the next day. We laughed, sang, and just had the best time. Even though it was only a two day trip, it was one of my favorites.

What would you do with $20,000?

We both work and Kaden is currently working on his accounting degree and will graduate soon. I would love to be able to take him on his dream trip to celebrate his graduation and hard work. He has always wanted to go to Japan and we would love to have a nice trip before starting our family. The rest would go toward our future, for our student loans or kids or even a house. Anything helps.
