We would like to thank you for supporting Lisa & Ricky McCabe in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
Ricky and I met at C3 Church (now Awaken) and just three months later, he asked me to be his forever. I knew in my heart it was meant to be. I was an engineer at the time, but love, faith, and a dream bigger than us led to Lovely Leaps. We started it with our baby girl in our arms, taking a leap of faith that changed our lives. Our journey hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been full of purpose—and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Welcoming Gianna-Grace and Zoe-Faith into the world is our greatest memory. Holding them for the first time, our hearts burst with love and purpose. Gianna made us parents, and Zoe completed our family. Their giggles, hugs, and joy are the heartbeat of our home. They inspire us daily and were the reason Lovely Leaps was born. Becoming “Mom” and “Dad” changed everything—nothing compares to the love we feel watching them grow.
What would you do with $20,000?If we won $20,000, we would use the funds to support our nonprofit, Lovely Leaps Foundation. This would allow us to provide full dance scholarships for over 40 children, covering class tuition, dancewear, and recital participation. These funds would help remove financial barriers for families in need, giving every child the chance to experience the joy, confidence, and creativity that dance brings.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like America's Favorite Couple, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
