In El Niño of 1995, my father was the principal of our high school and Justin’s mom worked in the cafeteria, we both had to come to school with our parents. That morning school was cancelled because of the rain. Justin and I stood in the rain and told everyone that showed up for school that it was cancelled. That is where it all began. We became friends. In 1996 we began hanging out as friends and our friendship blossomed into our forever.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The births of our three boys. They have been our whole world for the last 22 1/2 years. We are now ready to live the next half of our marriage for each other.
What would you do with $20,000?Next year will be our 25th wedding anniversary, in our 25 years we have only taken one real vacation because we have dedicated our lives to our kids and the kids in our community by coaching sports. Our youngest son will graduate next year and we would love to take a vacation with just the two of us to celebrate our 30 years of love and 25 years of marriage.
