Trevor and I originally matched on Hinge, but I promptly ignored him. That didn’t stop him—he found my social media and started commenting things like “This is so Liley!” even though we’d never met. Eventually, he got the nerve to ask me to a frat formal (I know... ew), and with a little convincing from my roommate, I agreed to go. It was held at a rented-out arcade, and I ended up having so much fun. After that, it still took us five months to finally start dating.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?It’s hard to choose, because we honestly have so much fun together—even doing something as simple as laundry. But one moment that stands out is when I went to visit Trevor and his family in California shortly after we started dating. We spent our days on the beach and catching up after a summer apart. One night, after a few too many drinks, Trevor told me he loved me and started talking about our future wedding. I had never been loved so boldly or so openly before.
What would you do with $20,000?We’re both just a week away from graduating college and have officially started the search for our first home. Moving in together is such an exciting next chapter but it also comes with a lot of expenses. This $20,000 would be a huge help as we take our first steps into building a life together.
