Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story began in 2018 when I met and became close friends with his sister while traveling around the world! She would always joke around and tell me I was perfect for her brother. I would usually laugh it off because I just felt like I was not interested in dating. However, one day when we were in Costa Rica, she and her brother were face timing while we were out at coffee. She said "well, I have to go to the bathroom!" and threw me her phone! We laughed and actually chatted and connected

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

I would say the birth of our first son. We had a homebirth, and both of us were really unsure of what it would be like. James was my rock. He was steady and calm through the entire thing. He basically caught our baby at the end of our bed! I never felt so loved and supported. Also, we went snowboarding in Switzerland once. He taught me to shred and I fell so many times, I cried! He was so patient with me. needless to say, NOW it's a funny memory.

What would you do with $20,000?

Well James doesn't know this yet... but we are expected our second baby! with the $20,000, we would pay off our small bit of student loans and hopefully have a little money to move back to Oregon (closer to family) and buy a starter home to have another home birth! and establish our growing family :)
