We started as coworkers working at Keystone Ski Resort. I was the property management receptionist, Justyn was the property management locksmith. He was my go-to guy for all things keys and locks; little did I know he would uncover the key to my heart. We started hanging out as friends and realized we were THAT into each other.

We have had many wonderful moments, days, and trips together, and it is hard to choose just one! One of my very favorites is when Justyn joined me in the UK for a week, and I got to show him all of my favorite places and people from when I attended grad school there. It was really special to share that part of my life with him, and he enjoyed that insight into an experience that shaped who I am today.

Laura is starting law school in Virginia this fall, and Justyn will stay at his Colorado job through 2026. We are getting married in October 2026 and cannot wait! $20,000 would allow us to do so much. We could visit each other during the year apart, get our Colorado home prepared to sell, add some dream elements to our wedding, take an amazing honeymoon, Justyn could start his own company, the list goes on. $20,000 would be an amazing gift for us.
