Friends first, spouses later, still laughing at the same dumb jokes since the early 2000s. Love, hard work, and shared snacks.
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
A decade-long game of romantic musical chairs. He dated my BFF, I dated his. Then we did it again in college. Turns out, we kept setting each other up—when we were actually the perfect match. When we were finally single at the same time, and shared a New Year’s Eve kiss, we realized the connection had always been there. Built on years of friendship, we decided to try it—and never looked back.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? Our favorite memory? Getting our “One Friend” tattoos—not for the song title, but the meaning behind: “If I had only one friend left, I’d want it to be you.” We’ve had friendships fade, moved towns, changed jobs—but we’ve always had each other. From teens to now, we’ve been each other’s steady. That tattoo wasn’t a trend—it was a testament to a love rooted in loyalty, laughter, and years of showing up.
What would you do with $20,000?We’d use the $20,000 to grow Jayna’s wellness practice, Vital Connections Co. In a rural hub of 2,000 that serves many surrounding counties, access to whole-person care matters. As a nationally board certified massage therapist and coach, Jayna’s dream is to expand her team and invest in spa and medical equipment our community doesn’t have—creating a space where health and healing are accessible, empowering, and local.
